Mediation suitability checklist

Complete the checklist and if most ticks are in column 1, try mediation.

If most ticks are in column 2, then litigation or possibly an adjudicative ADR process (arbitration) is probably more appropriate.

Here watch a Superior Court  of California video showing a mediation of a  building dispute.
