The matters I am requested to mediate usually fall into one of two categories.
First, there is the legal claim that is being (or will be) litigated.
Second, are the cases that involve relationship or communication difficulties between individuals or groups, often with ongoing personal or business relationships (such as senior management employment problems or differences of view between shareholders, boards of directors, business partners or joint venturers).
